I wont even try guessing your fighters anymore, there's so many possibilites. But I WILL guess one last time on your Street Fighter character.... ummmmm.... Vega.
Im thinking it wont be anyone like Blanka, Sheeva, or Shao Kahn, because your animations are fast paced, and those characters move rather slow, and wouldn't fit your style very well..... But it would be nice to see you prove me wrong in the future *hint hint nudge nudge* ;)

Wow, good job. I've yet to get more in to the fights on mine, though I am making progress faster than I expected as well. Of course, the character interactions and story progression are always going to be faster than putting the rest of it together.
My money is on Makato. Her animations are fast and hard hitting. The use of blur and bends in her sprites mean she can be used for some insane moves.
I normally wouldn't confirm or deny any character guess, but I will say that it isn't Makoto. I do love the character, I just have no plans to use her in this next episode.
When I was still planning the INVASION project, Makoto was set to have her own fight against the Shokan. When I scrapped INVASION, that fight got scrapped as well. That's the reason why she appeared in Episode 2.
I happen to know that Slicing-Claws is working on a kick-ass Makoto fight.

Oh, wow, not Makato. This is why I don't go to Vegas very often and when I do, I don't go expecting to win anything.

Hey, dude, this suspense is killing me. PLEASE LET US IN ON THE FIGHTERS WITH YOUR NEXT ONE!!! That's what you should do, take turns telling us ur flash and not telling us.
The good thing about the fact that you chose to keep this one a secret is because it's progressing really fast. What was it, a minute already?

Duh, that's because YOU didn't make it!
The fight portion is now over a minute. I've hit that "sweet spot" where I'm starting to get really comfortable with the sprites I'm working with.
With every animation, the very beginning of the fight is somewhat crude compared to the rest because I am just beginning to become familiar with the sprites I am working with. You can usually tell when I've hit that sweet spot in the movie because the fighters start to move more elegantly and use more hands-on choreography.

I'm afraid that secrecy is going to be the name of the game from here on in. When I make these fights, I love thinking about that "HOLY SHIT" moment when people realize that a character that they don't see very often, don't know about, or dismiss out of hand is about to kick some serious ass RIGHT FUCKING NOW. It doesn't have that same effect if they are revealed beforehand.
If anything, it makes it more difficult for me because I would then have to live up to people's expectations.

On an unrelated note, the Street Fighter is now up to speed and is currently whupping some Mortal Kombat ass. MK won't let that stand for long...

Hmmm.... Whoever the fighters, I'm thinking Mk is gonna win....
A) There are numerous predictable flashes where SF wins because they are considered the "good guys". I happen to know that you are not exactly predictable. At all. However, if this fight would not be predictable if MK were to lose either... Move on to point B to see why
B) In VG Exiles Episode 0 MK beat Street Fighter for obvious reasons: Cage was the good guy, Ken was deranged and controlled by the bad guy, so forth. In Episode 1 Cammy won a battle for the Street Fighter side. If you are taking turns with sides winning, MK will win this fight. But if you are jumping frequently from side to side, there is a high chance of a victory for SF because it's NOT SF's turn to win.... OR SO WE THINK
Basically I've just proved to myself why MK are either going to or not going to win....
I has no clue!!!
But once the movie starts I'll probably know once I see who's the bad guy or whatever.
Lemme just say one more time how awesome you did with Gambit VS Talbain!
