You managed to turn something that has been done thousands of times into an interesting interactive movie! I enjoyed it, and I usually hate sprite movies.
Here's another good reason to make a lot of backups if you're a flash animator:
I've spent the last two nights applying cosmetic touch-ups to EP3. The changes I made had the unintended consequence of SCREWING EVERYTHING UP. It's a good thing I have these backups to roll back to. I would have been PISSED otherwise.

To be honest, I only found some of your humour funny. I see the jokes and how they are being orchestrated, I just didn't find them funny. Part of it was because not much caught me by surprise; for example, after reading your posts for a while, I know what types of characters you especially don't like. So, I could see some of the stuff coming. This doesn't mean your stuff wont be funny to other people. And doesn't mean I have no sense of humour; there are certainly tons of things on newgrounds I find hilarious... I have a weird humour style.
I think, subjectively, that your natural talent fits better with the VG exiles series. Since the failtality thing served as training for that, more power to it.
As I said, not everyone will find any particular joke or comedic style funny. However, there is a difference between one who understands the appeal without finding appeal in it, and one who voices their lack of personal appeal for no reason other than to give themselves an ego boost.
For example, your comment here = well thought-out commentary with an excellent point.

Ever heard of sprite editors like Bleed, Frozenworm, or Borg? They make good edits to normal characters (you've seen the MK unlimited series already). You should join MortalKombatOnline or the Mortal Kombat MUGEN Projects. I found a guy who made a good Jarek character. I haven't actually played him since he only works on a particular MKP, but I ripped his sprites and... well... See for youself

I hope so, because a fight with Jarek in it would be pretty awesome since hes NEVER been in a sprite movie before.
I'm not making any changes at this time to the current episode line-up, but I do see potential for this after my main story is over.

Yup. Kabal looks absolutely vicious. I can't wait to see his second fatality. That's the one that Ed Boon said might have been "going too far". With this game, there really is no such thing as "too far" in the violence category as far as I'm concerned.
I'm honestly not that impressed with Noob. Having his enemy vomit during his X-Ray move might shock some people, but it does nothing for me.
Compared to the stylistic overhaul that most of the other characters received, Noob looks kind of "meh". I guess there is nobody to be blamed for that though. I've always regarded Noob as being one of the less interesting cast members. Not even retconning him as the older Sub Zero gave him much appeal in my book.
Maybe they'll make Noob more interesting in MK9. I'm willing to withhold final judgment.

Oh, I didnt know the demo was ps3-exclusive. I'm so used to X-Box getting all the exclusive shit with call of duty and everything.
