This is way, way, WAY after the deadline for this, but has anyone considered doing Brocken from World Heroes? He's a pretty interesting character, and in all honesty, he reminds of Inspector Gadget.
It took me forever to remember the name of the game since I haven't played it since I was.. what? Nine years old? Otherwise, I would have posted this sooner.

Admittedly, the only videos I can find for this guy involve him using cheap tactics to win fights instead of showcasing exactly what he can do.
